YOUR PAYMENT. YOUR CHOICE.

We pay your agency. You choose how to use it.

When your agency uses participating network suppliers for eligible work, the supplier pays PropertyPlus an agreed fee. PropertyPlus then pays your agency under its participation arrangements, with a share allocated to the PMs.

The agency and PMs can split the available credits 50/50, or use another agreed allocation. Both can put their share towards training, events and partner offerings, with payment and credit options explained in the participation arrangements.

The 50/50 split is an example, not a fixed requirement. Payment amounts, allocations, timing and available credit uses are agreed in the participation arrangements. You can still be part of the community while continuing to use existing suppliers.

We’ll speak with them about their business, review their suitability and explore how joining the network could support both their growth and the agencies they serve. Your recommendations help us build a community around proven relationships and high standards.
