Through PPPP, we’re bringing together trusted supplier relationships, practical knowledge and industry partnerships around the realities of your working day. We want you to have people you can rely on, support when service falls short and a voice that helps shape how the industry serves your team and clients.
We also want your participation to create something tangible for your people. Our supplier-funded model provides agreed payments to participating agencies, with a share for PMs. Those benefits can help reward your team or fund access to the partnerships we’re developing—from specialist PM training to events and professional development.
Our ambition reaches beyond the next maintenance request: a community where property professionals can learn, connect, be recognised and grow. From practical sessions on the issues you face to future awards nights celebrating your contribution, we want the people doing the work to feel the value of belonging.

For suppliers, our vision is lasting relationships and a community invested in their development. Through agency introductions, referrals, campaigns and opportunities to share their expertise, we aim to help great businesses become known for the value they bring. We keep listening to agency feedback and working with suppliers to tailor their services to the people who depend on them.
As the network grows, we want its collective expertise to create more possibilities for everyone: shared learning, collaboration, recognition and partnerships that an individual business might struggle to build alone. That is the vision for PropertyPlus: bringing the people, properties and information behind every job together. Agencies, PMs and suppliers would have their own connected workspaces, with requests, progress, conversations, invoices and certificates linked to the work they belong to.
We want to give people time back. Less chasing updates. Less searching through inboxes. A clearer view of their properties and the confidence to act. Alongside the day-to-day work, we’re planning access to training, events, resources and participation benefits—so the community’s support is within reach when it matters.
We’re developing the platform in stages, with a longer-term vision of connecting landlords and tenants too. The ambition is a property industry that can work together with greater clarity, accountability and confidence.
